Our Tuition Philosophy

At Boston Moli Music Center, tuition reflects the quality of our instructors, individualized instruction, and a thoughtfully designed learning environment. Lesson length and program placement are recommended based on each student’s age, experience, and learning goals.

Payment Option

The lesson package option offers a more favorable per-lesson rate compared to the monthly payment option and is recommended for students planning ongoing study.

  • Each lesson package includes 16 lessons
  • Tuition is billed by lesson count, not by semester or calendar month
  • Package validity: 6 months, starting from the first lesson
  • Lessons are scheduled flexibly within the package period
  • Once all 16 lessons are completed, the package is considered fulfilled

  • The Choir program runs on a semester basis, with two semesters each year:Spring Semester (February–June) and Fall Semester (September–January).
  • Students who join after the semester has begun may be offered prorated semester tuition, based on the remaining portion of the semester.
  • New choir students are welcome to attend the first trial class free of charge.

Trial Lesson Policy

  • Trial lessons are conducted in the same format and teaching structure as regular private lessons.
  • Private lesson trial rates are as follows:
    • 30 minutes – $45
    • 45 minutes – $65
    • 60 minutes – $85
  • The above rates are special introductory trial lesson rates and apply to trial lessons only.
  • Payment is required before the scheduled trial lesson. After submitting the trial lesson form, you will receive a payment link and related instructions from our team.
  • Once a lesson time is confirmed, any changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the lesson will be considered completed.

Tuition Credits

A $50 tuition credit is available under the following circumstances:

  • A second child enrolled from the same family.
  • A student enrolling in more than one individual course.
  • Tuition credits may be used once per student per semester and apply only to the 16-Lesson Package. They are not valid for monthly payment plans and may not be combined or carried forward.

Important Notes

  • Lesson placement, scheduling, and instructor assignment are determined by the school based on availability and student needs.
  • For Jazz Band, Group Lesson and Choir Program, these are group-based programs. While we encourage regular attendance, missed classes or rehearsals are not eligible for makeup sessions or transfers.
  • 1:2 lessons are offered only when two students of similar level enroll together and begin lessons within the same lesson package period.
  • Enrollment and scheduling for the Focused Studies Program are arranged individually and subject to confirmation.
